Agentliyin əsas məqsədi, ölkədə rəqəmsal sahənin inkişafına töhfə vermək, rəqəmsal transformasiya və innovasiya sahəsində fəaliyyətini təşkil etmək, nüvə elmi və texnologiyalarının sınaq təcrübəsini aparmaq, fiziki və hüquqi şəxslərə innovasiya yönümlü elmi-tədqiqatlarına və innovativ layihələrinə (Startapları) maliyyə dəstəyi vermək, müasir texnologiyaların və texnoloji həllərin əldə olunmasında yardım göstərməkdir. The Agency for Innovation and Digital Development under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan is a public legal entity engaged in the organization, coordination, and implementation of activities in the field of digital development (including control and regulation), complex and innovative activities ni the field of nuclear technology and nuclear energy as wel as assisting physical persons and legal entities in obtaining modern technologies and technological solutions, promoting innovation-oriented scientific research and innovation projects (including start-ups), providing them with financial support and encouraging innovation initiators.
