Henrique Dias

Henrique Dias is an experienced sales and marketing mentor, currently holding multiple positions with organizations such as YSpace at York University, Alberta Catalyzer, Bioenterprise Canada, Treefrog Accelerator, Innovation Cluster Peterborough and the Kawarthas, and Global Startups. In these roles, Henrique helps startups identify market niches, craft brand narratives, and develop sales and marketing strategies aimed at early adopters. Additionally, Henrique is the Co-Founder and CEO of BudTrainer®, a company recognized for its durable gardening products tailored for cannabis cultivation. Henrique has also gained experience as a Quality Assurance Intern at 48North, where contributions included the development of standard operating procedures and process flow diagrams. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Commercial Cannabis Production from Niagara College and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
