Melanie Loos is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at ML Law & Strategy and Intellectual Property Counsel at Innovation Industries since December 2023. Prior roles include Judge at the Netherlands Commercial Court and Senior Judge at Rechtbank Den Haag, alongside a tenure as a member of the Commissie van Toezicht at Detentiecentrum Schiphol. Previously, Melanie worked as a Senior Associate Lawyer at Clifford Chance LLP, specializing in intellectual property, commercial and employment law, and litigation. Melanie holds a Master's degree in Law from Radboud University and completed the Beroepsopleiding Advocaten, with additional studies at the University of North Carolina School of Law.
