Chelsea Blaha has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Chelsea started their career as a Lab Technician Intern at Constellation Brands in 2014, where they primarily worked in a chemistry-based lab and cellar, conducting analysis on different types of wine and managing the fermentation process for Chardonnay. In 2015, they worked as a Tour Consultant at EF Educational Tours, an organization focused on international education and cultural exchange. Later that year, they joined Bridgepoint Education as an Enrollment Services Advisor, assisting in designing innovative solutions for higher education challenges. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Account Executive at Catalyst Repository Systems, providing document repository services for large-scale discovery and regulatory compliance. Most recently, they joined Innovative Driven in 2019, where they started as a Client Engagement Specialist and then transitioned to the role of Associate Director of Business Development in January 2021.
Chelsea Blaha has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Engage certification from ZoomInfo in August 2022. Prior to that, they obtained the Brainspace Certified Specialist certification from Brainspace, an AppGate Technology, in May 2020. Furthermore, Chelsea obtained the Certification for Sales from DiscoverOrg in November 2019.
