Victoria Fanone has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Victoria worked at Innovative Driven as the Director of Sales Operations starting in 2023. At Innovative Discovery, they held the positions of Business Operations Director and Project Manager. Victoria began their career at Intact Technology as a Service Delivery Manager and later took on the role of Program Support Specialist. Prior to that, they worked at Energy Enterprise Solutions as a Proposal Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Victoria also worked as a Consultant at Professional and Scientific Associates, where they provided project management and logistical support for various events.
Victoria Fanone attended the University of Maryland from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications. Victoria later pursued their MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2003 to 2005, specializing in Masters of Business and Administration. In March 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
