Matt Rench has a diverse work experience, starting from 2012 as a Web Developer at Global Reach Internet Productions, where they worked on ColdFusion web application development. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Automation Developer at Xpanxion, collaborating with multiple clients and utilizing various technologies. In 2017, they joined ARAG as a Test Automation Engineer, leading a team of automation developers and creating a comprehensive regression test suite for mobile and web apps. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Automation Engineer at Innovative Interfaces, leading the automation team and overseeing the automation strategy for library software.
Matt Rench earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed pre-engineering courses at Iowa Central Community College from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, including Certified Tester, Advanced Level - Test Analyst (2016), Certified Tester, Advanced Level - Test Manager (2015), Certified Tester, Advanced Level - Technical Test Analyst (2015), and Certified Tester, Foundation Level (2014).
