Paul started their career as the Principle at "You Name it Well Get it", where they managed all aspects of business operations and achieved $30 million in annual sales. Paul then worked as the General Manager at Uno Development, where they efficiently managed construction projects and implemented cost-saving measures. After that, they joined Oracle as an Application Sales representative, targeting Enterprise Resource Planning applicants and significantly increasing sales. Currently, Paul is the Director of Technology at Innovative Office Solutions, responsible for managing the P&L and driving sales and margins for the technology line of business.
Paul Kaminski attended Monmouth College from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Psychology. In terms of additional certifications, Paul earned the AV Associate certification from Extron in March 2020. Paul also holds several certifications in sales and technology, including the Accredited Sales Consultant - Specialty in HP Print Management and Security Solutions from HP, obtained in November 2019. Paul is certified in HP Technical print security, Sales security from Brother USA, and is a Certified Technology Specialist recognized by AVIXA. Additionally, they earned the Sales Certified - Imaging and Printing Hardware certification from HP in January 2012.
