Innovative Solutions for Disadvantage & Disability is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the Atlanta Metro Area. Our mission is to create healthier outcomes for vulnerable children and families. Our core program is Project GRANDD (Grandparents Raising and Nurturing Dependent's with Disabilities), which provides services and supports for grandparent or non-biological parent-headed households that include children with special needs. Our goal is to reduce the negative effects of social and economic disadvantage on the health, growth and development of children by assisting caregivers to understand the needs of the children in their care while facilitating the family's access to optimal healthcare, child development information and educational services.
