Arvind Pokhriyal currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Service Delivery and Customer Experience at Innovatiview, a role held since April 2020, where responsibilities include leading large-scale service delivery operations for examination security and election webcasting projects, overseeing a team of 14 Delivery Managers and 35 Coordinators, and driving the implementation of AI-driven SaaS solutions.
