Eyal Ben-Sa'Adon

Eyal Ben-Sa'adon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Lead Architect at Innoviz Technologies since January 2022. Prior to this role, Eyal held the position of VP R&D at ADAM CogTec, where innovative technology for driver’s cognitive monitoring was developed, and also served as Senior Director of Research Development and Director of Advanced Packet Technology at ADVA Optical Networking. Eyal's career includes key positions at Biran High-Tech Advisors LTD as a 3GPP System Architect, co-founding Peppermint LTD as CTO, and working in various roles at RAD Data Communications focused on mobile networks and DSP solutions. Eyal holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Tel Aviv University and MSc and BSc degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University and Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, respectively. Eyal's military service as a Major in the IDF further complements a robust professional background.
