Adam Ragels

Adam Ragels has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Adam started in 2007 at County Fair Inc, a local grocery store chain, where they gained experience in customer service and various roles such as bagging groceries and stocking shelves. In 2013, they joined Wireless World and quickly rose to the position of Senior Wireless Sales Consultant, where they excelled in customer service, training, and managing store IT needs. Adam also worked as a Creative Arts Volunteer and Intern at Gracepoint Wesleyan Church during this time. In 2017, Adam took on the role of Podcast Audio Engineer/Consultant at Dakotas Conference Of The Umc. Adam then moved on to Innovative Systems, where they worked as a Software Support Specialist and later as Customer Care 2. Currently, they also hold a part-time position as a Technical Director at Fusion Church, where they lead and mentors the production team and is involved in motion graphics design.
