Carol M. has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 when they were a Business Analyst at Arthur D. Little. Carol then worked as a Manager at CITIC Securities International from 2010-2014, followed by a role as Associate at Deutsche Bank from 2014-2018. In 2018, they began working as a Mentor for both Alchemist Accelerator and Plug and Play Tech Center. Most recently, Carol M. has been the Director, Head of Corporate Development at Innovusion since 2021. Additionally, they have been a Principal at Fusion Fund since 2018, focusing on Enterprise AI/FinTech/InsurTech early stage (seed to Series-A) investing. During their time there, they have conducted DD and invested in several companies.
