Meng Fun has extensive experience in the energy industry. Starting in 2002, they were a Risk Control Quantitative Analyst, PhD at Williams Company. In 2003, they moved to Allegheny Energy as a Consulting Quantitative, PhD, FRM - Corporate Risk Management. In 2011, they joined FirstEnergy as a Principal Consultant, PhD, FRM - Portfolio Management, and simultaneously began working at NextEra Energy Resources as a Director of Supply and Pricing, PhD, FRM. Finally, in 2019, they became the Director of Data Science Operation at Innowatts.
Meng Fun attended Oklahoma State University from 1995 to 2001, where they earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
