Karthikesan began a career at Synthesis Winding Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Engineer in Design, focusing on product design and development from May 2003 to February 2010. Karthikesan holds an M.Tech in Mechanical Design from IASE Deemed University and a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Raja Rajeswari Engineering College.
