As Co-Founder and CEO of OpenMinds.AI, Hugo leads efforts to provide tailored consulting in AI and data strategies, while also serving as Founder and CEO of Mars Shot, where the focus is on strategic innovation for organizational growth. In addition to managing Innovation by Kaizen, Hugo has a background in entrepreneurship and innovation from prior roles at BearingPoint and Capita Plc. Hugo contributes to academia as a guest speaker and lecturer at various institutions, including Nova School of Business and Economics and Bayes Business School, and has engaged in meaningful social initiatives, such as founding We Help Ukraine to support refugees. Educational qualifications include a certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University and an MSc in Information Systems Management.
