Sarah Webber

Sarah Webber has over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Resourcing & Talent Lead at INPEX since September 2013. Prior roles at INPEX include HR Supervisor and Senior HR Advisor, focusing on operations. Prior to INPEX, Sarah worked at Monadelphous as a Senior ER Advisor and provided strategic guidance on performance management and people-related issues. Sarah also held the position of People & Performance Consultant at Deloitte Australia, advising on HR policies and facilitating performance reviews. Earlier experience includes serving as Employment Services Team Leader at Health Corporate Network. Sarah holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Glasgow, obtained in 1998.
