Joan E. Dunne

Ms. Dunne is an independent businesswoman and is currently a board member of several public, private and non-profit organizations. Ms. Dunne is a director of Tundra Oil & Gas Limited, a light oil, wholly owned subsidiary of James Richardson & Sons, and of Three Valley Copper Corp., a publicly-listed international mining company, both since 2014. From 2016 to March 2021, she was a director of the Capital Markets Authority Implementation Organization. From 2016 to 2020, Ms. Dunne was a director of Painted Pony Energy Ltd. and was formerly the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Painted Pony from start-up in 2007 until retiring in September 2013.
