Konstantina Mourgkogia has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Konstantina currently serves as the Director of HR (Tech) at InPost Group, where they are responsible for driving the HR strategy for the Global Tech team. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Recruitment & HRBPs at refurbed and as the Head of Recruitment at foodpanda / efood at Delivery Hero. Konstantina has also worked as an Interim Head of Recruitment / Tech TA Lead as a freelancer, and in various HR and recruitment roles at OLX Group, ASICS Europe BV, Unilever, and TGAS S.A.
Konstantina Mourgkogia obtained a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia in Greece from 2004 to 2009. Konstantina then participated in the Erasmus Programme at Universidad de Málaga in 2008, studying Business Administration and Management. In 2011 and 2012, they pursued an MSc in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the University of Amsterdam. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Agile in HR from Management 3.0 in the year 2022.
