Caitlin Johnson has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as an Emergency Medical Technician for Virginia Beach EMS. Caitlin then worked as an Emergency Department Technician for Sentara Healthcare from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they started working for Super Systems Inc (SSI) as a Senior IT Recruiter and later as an Account Executive. From 2015 to 2019, they worked for ABS Technology as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Staffing Solutions Manager, where they were responsible for developing the staffing business unit, talent acquisition, full-life cycle recruiting, employee development, and onboarding. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer for Input Technology Solutions, where they led a team of experienced IT consulting professionals, providing cutting-edge technology and talent solutions to businesses. Recently, in 2022, Caitlin became the Executive Vice President for AFCEA Hampton Roads.
