Cathy Rubin

Cathy Rubin has an extensive background in journalism, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving at The Philadelphia Inquirer since 2008 in various roles, including education editor and deputy news editor, Rubin has also held positions as assistant managing editor for features and deputy features editor. Prior experience includes working as the art director at Pittsburgh Quarterly and managing editor of design at Central Penn Business Journal. Early career roles involved positions as an assistant professor at Point Park University, copy editor/paginator at Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and reporter at Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
