Sarah Trezza has a strong background in executive leadership and operations management. Sarah currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of iNRCORE since November 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Operations at Valcor Engineering Corporation from January 2017 to November 2018, where they successfully revamped the manufacturing process flow and achieved significant revenue growth.
Before their role at Valcor, Sarah was an Independent Consultant from November 2016 to January 2017. Sarah also held various leadership positions at UTC Aerospace Systems, including Director of Operations, SUI from August 2014 to November 2016. During their time there, they transformed operations and achieved substantial sales growth. Sarah was also responsible for leading operations due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to UTC Aerospace Systems, Sarah worked at Goodrich ISR Systems as a Manager, ISR Programs from June 2012 to February 2013. Sarah also held roles as an IRFPA Manufacturing Team Lead and Change Management Specialist.
Sarah's earlier career includes roles as an HR Manager at Catapult Learning from April 2010 to October 2010, and as an HR Manager at Goodrich Corporation, ISR Systems from January 2006 to April 2010.
Throughout their career, Sarah has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive revenue growth, streamline operations, and lead successful teams.
Sarah Trezza attended The Pennington School from 1996 to 2000. Sarah then went on to Rider University, where they obtained an AS in Business Administration from 2001 to 2003, and a BA in Human Resources Management from 2006 to 2008.
