Jose Alvarado possesses a diverse background with extensive experience in professional development, investigation, and account management. Currently serving as a Manager at INROADS since March 2013, Alvarado is dedicated to the professional and leadership development of under-served undergraduate students. Previous roles include Investigator at USIS, conducting federal background investigations, and Client Manager at INROADS, where Alvarado excelled in customer service and managed significant events generating substantial revenue. Earlier experience as a Child Protection Investigator at Catholic Charities involved investigating child abuse and neglect in Illinois, collaborating with various institutional and legal entities. Alvarado holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago, complemented by studies at Wilbur Wright Community College.
