Kelvin Kao has worked in a variety of engineering roles since 2011. Kelvin began their career at Abbott Medical Optics as a Contractor, followed by Associate Engineer, Engineer, Program Engineer I and Program Engineer II. In 2017, they moved to Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. as a Sr. R&D Engineer. In 2018, they joined Profusa as a Mechanical Engineer, and in 2021 they began working at Inscopix, Inc. as a Senior Mechanical Engineer.
Kelvin Kao obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from UC Irvine in 2010, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from UC Irvine in 2010. Kelvin is also a Certified SolidWorks Professional from Dassault Systèmes.
