Carlos DeAngulo is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in software development and investment. As CTO and Co-Founder of Inselligence since 2019, Carlos has been instrumental in driving innovation. Previously, Carlos held the role of Real Estate Investor at CarCat Investments from September 2017 to April 2020. Carlos's earlier experience includes serving as President of Third Wave Technology, COO and Vice President of Software Development at iS3 inc., and Senior Software Engineer at Ultimate Software. Additionally, Carlos began a career in software development at Texas Instruments. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University, completing the degree in 1994.
