Grobler Tinus began their work experience in 2010 as a Graduate Trainee at Shoprite, where they participated in various training programs to develop their skills in the supply chain and logistics field. Grobler then worked as a Planning Coordinator and an Export Operational Manager at Shoprite from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Pick 'n Pay as a Functional Manager. In 2013, they moved to FNB South Africa and held positions such as Logistics Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Head of eCommerce. Currently, since April 2020, they are the Chief Operations Officer at Insidedata Group.
Grobler Tinus completed their Matric at Hoerskool Roodepoort from 2001 to 2004, focusing on Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, and Accounting. Grobler then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Stellenbosch University from 2005 to 2009. Later on, they attended Henley Business School from 2016 to 2018, where they completed the Managers Acceleration Program in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
