Erin Hearn is the Senior Director of Support Operations at InsideTrack. Prior to this role, Erin held various positions in support operations, social emotional learning, and program management in the education sector with companies like IDEA Public Schools and Uplift Education. Erin also has experience in client management and staffing. Erin holds a Master's Degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Psychology from Penn State University.
