Monika Aggarwal

Monika Aggarwal is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager at Insight Alpha since May 2023, with progressive experience in talent acquisition roles including Assistant Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to joining Insight Alpha, Monika served as a Human Resources Recruiter at Clarity Consulting from February 2021 to April 2023, and briefly worked as a Wealth Manager at Azulo Wealth Management in mid-2020. Monika began the professional journey with an internship at Punjab & Sind Bank in the summer of 2019. Monika is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, following a B.Voc in Banking and Finance from Ramanujan College. Educational background also includes completion of 12th grade from Balwantray Mehta Vidya Bhawan (A.S.M.A) with a focus on commerce.
