Shobha Sharma

Shobha Sharma has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Deputy General Manager Human Resources at Insight Alpha since May 2018, after progressing through roles including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Shobha worked at Wipro Limited from March 2010 to April 2018, where responsibilities included Talent Transformation as a Senior Executive in Learning and Development. Shobha is further enhancing expertise by pursuing an Executive Development program in Human Resource Management at XLRI Jamshedpur, set to conclude in October 2024.
