Kevin Garcia

Kevin Garcia is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a Senior System Admin and IT Service Technician at Insight since July 2018, Kevin coordinates remote installations of Cisco Meraki equipment and manages communications among service partners. Previous roles include IT Help Desk Tier I/II at Progressive Insurance, where support was provided for over 25,000 end users, and IT Helpdesk/On-site Support Tier I/II at The Broadmoor, assisting 1,500 end users. Kevin's career began as an IT Specialist Intern at the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS and includes management experience as an Assistant Store Manager at Panda Restaurant Group. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Kevin holds both a Bachelor's degree and an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University.
