Heather Spindell

Heather Spindell is a seasoned professional in human capital management with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Business Partner at Insight Partners since September 2022, Heather previously held roles at Viking Global Investors as a Human Resources Generalist focused on talent development, and at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in Human Capital Management, supporting both the Securities and Human Capital Management Divisions. Additionally, Heather contributed to Morgan Stanley in HR Corporate Analytics & Reporting and in various capacities, including HR Recruiting Coordinator. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan and has furthered education at Charles University in Prague.
