Janette Jankowski

Janette Jankowski, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Chief People Officer in Residence at Insight Partners since April 2022. Previously, Janette held several leadership roles at Achieve3000 from August 2012 to December 2021, including Chief Human Resources Officer, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, and Vice President of Human Resources. Janette also served as Vice President of Human Resources at EducationDynamics from November 2010 to August 2012 and as Director of Human Resources at Cooper Industries Ltd. from January 2008 to November 2010. Additional experience includes a Director role in Labor and Employee Relations at AvalonBay Communities, Inc., and various HR management positions at All Covered, Metro One Telecommunications, and Elcat, Inc. Janette earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University between 1992 and 1996.
