Sahar joined Insight in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with the Gates Foundation and National Geographic Society to expand efforts towards education equity and grant accessibility. She also worked with MaC, an early stage venture firm.
She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard University with a concentration in Government and secondary in Economics. During her time, she served on the executive board of the Institute of Politics at the Kennedy School and on the board of the Harvard College Consulting Group.
