Travis Kassay serves as an Operating Partner in Late Stage Advisory at Insight Partners since August 2019, leading a team focused on supporting Portfolio Companies in various operational challenges to drive growth and profitability. Previously, Travis held the position of Senior Vice President Global Sales and Account Management Operations at York Risk, where leadership was provided to ensure consistency in sales processes and development of reporting analytics. Prior roles at ADP included Division Vice President of Sales Operations, where a transformation of the Enterprise sales organization occurred, and several director-level positions at American Express focused on client profitability and compensation planning. Early career experiences at Avaya and Tyco Telecom involved strategic sales operations and corporate development. Travis holds an MBA in Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business and a dual degree in Finance and English from Boston College.
