Wes R. possesses extensive experience in technology and product leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as CTO in Residence at Insight Partners since May 2022, Wes previously held roles including Principal Engineering Fellow at Signiant and Senior Advisor/Technical Architect at Crosslake Technologies, where involvement focused on risk assessment and value-creation strategies for private equity. With a significant tenure as Chief Product & Technology Officer at REACH ENGINE (acquired by Signiant), and over 12 years as VP of Engineering & Architecture at ClearCaptions, Wes has a strong background in software engineering and product development. Earlier career highlights include positions at Purple Communications, Atlantic Health, and Congoo, where Wes developed innovative solutions and led technical strategies. Wes earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University after attending the University of Vermont.
