Jonathan Ferrar is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Jonathan is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Insight222, where they focus on helping HR build the capability and skills of their People Analytics function through learning, networking, and consulting. Jonathan is also the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at CIPD, where they serve as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and the senior independent director. Additionally, Jonathan has served as a Board Advisor at TrustSphere and as the Founder & CEO of Ochre Rock Ltd, where they operated their personal advisory business. Jonathan has also authored two books on workforce analytics: "Excellence in People Analytics: How to Use Workforce Data to Create Business Value" and "The Power of People: How Successful Organisations Use Workforce Analytics to Improve Business Performance." Prior to their current roles, Jonathan held various leadership positions at IBM, including Vice President of Smarter Workforce and Vice President of HR for Workforce Analytics. Jonathan also has experience at Andersen Consulting and Lloyds Bank Plc.

Jonathan Ferrar completed their education at the University of Cambridge, UK from 1986 to 1992, where they obtained an MA degree in Natural Sciences. Jonathan later attended Kingston Business School, UK from 1995 to 1997, earning a Diploma in HRM. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a certification as a Chartered FCIPD from the CIPD in August 2005.
