Tal Grabiner

Tal Grabiner has extensive work experience in operations and manufacturing roles. Tal is currently the VP Operations at INSIGHTEC since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Land division planning director at Elbit Systems Ltd from August 2022 to May 2023. From 2018 to 2022, Tal served as the Director and Plant Manager at Philips, where they managed a process manufacturing plant and implemented operational strategies. Before joining Philips, they worked at Intel Corporation in various roles, including Operations Manager and Production Manager, where they managed teams and drove operational excellence. Tal also has experience working as a Project Manager at Invelop Advanced Solutions Consulting, where they oversaw supply chain projects, and served as a Logistics Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from 1994 to 2006.

Tal Grabiner holds a Master's degree in Management, Logistics and Economics from Bar-Ilan University, which was earned from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, Grabiner completed a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Economics from the same university, from 2001 to 2003.
