Currently serving as the Head of Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Insights since January 2015, Lars Christian Eriksen has held multiple leadership positions, including Regional Director for Europe and General Manager for Northern Europe. Prior to this, Lars Christian Eriksen founded and led Cima Development as CEO, focusing on performance enhancement for leaders and teams. Previous roles include Group Director of Group Information Systems at Icopal and various managerial positions within the same company. Educational credentials include an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, an Executive Board course from Niels Brock, and a Master of Science in Engineering from Aalborg University, complemented by studies at La Universidad de Leon and Otterup Realskole.
