Gillian Wilson

Gillian Wilson is an experienced finance professional with a substantial background in portfolio management and economics education. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Insignia Financial since September 2021, Gillian previously held the position of Fixed Income Portfolio Manager and Vice President at Dimensional Fund Advisors from 2008 to August 2021. Earlier roles include Head Economics Teacher at The Hills Grammar School (2006-2008) and Risk Analyst and Fund Accountant at Macquarie Group (1999-2004). Gillian's educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Education and a Master's degree in Economics from Macquarie University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business (Finance/Economics) from Charles Sturt University, complemented by a high school HSC with a TER of 97.8 from Leeton High School.
