Janet Tran

Janet Tran is a seasoned change management professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Change Manager at Insignia Financial since March 2020, Janet leads significant transformation programs, including the OPFM and MLC Custody Transition Program. Previously, Janet managed change initiatives for the NAB (MLC) Separation Program and played a key role in the ANZ Separation Program. Prior roles include Change Manager positions at Westpac and Commonwealth Bank, where Janet successfully led various HR and process transformation projects. Janet's career began with recruitment roles at multiple organizations, and Janet holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science in Psychology from the University of Sydney.
