Ameen K.

Ameen K. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security analysis and fundraising. Currently serving as a Senior GSOC Analyst at Insite Risk Management since February 2024, Ameen previously held the role of Fundraising & Development Coordinator at the Human Rights Research Center from August 2023 to January 2024. Ameen's analytical skills were honed as an Open Source Analyst II and Open Source Analyst I at Red Five from February 2021 to August 2023. Additionally, Ameen gained valuable research experience as a Research Assistant Intern with the Middle East Studies Pedagogy Initiative from January 2019 to August 2020 and as a Congressional Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives in the summer of 2018. Ameen's early career included serving as a Member Service Representative at Apple Federal Credit Union from November 2015 to August 2017. Ameen holds a Master of Arts in International Security from George Mason University's Schar School of Policy and Government, completed in 2023, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Politics from George Mason University, earned in 2019.
