John E. O'Rourke

John E. O'Rourke, CPP, possesses extensive experience in security and law enforcement. Currently, O'Rourke serves as an Associate at Insite Risk Management and as Principal at O'Rourke Initiatives, LLC, where advisory services are provided to exclusive private clubs. Previous roles include Director of Security at Montclair Golf Club and Adjunct Professor at Brookdale Community College, teaching Private Security and Loss Prevention. O'Rourke has also held significant positions within the New Jersey State Police, including Trooper and Assistant Unit Head Traffic Office, and served as Former Chairman of the International Crime and Loss Prevention Council for ASIS International. O'Rourke holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Training and Development from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Thomas Edison State University.
