Frank Calamusa

Frank Calamusa, CSCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Commercial Manufacturing at Insmed Incorporated, overseeing global manufacturing sites. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and Executive Director of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Matinas BioPharma, with responsibilities covering clinical supply strategies and Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) activities. Previously, Frank held leadership positions at ContraVir Pharmaceuticals, The Medicines Company, and Merck, focusing on supply chain management, global supply strategies, and technology transfer. Frank’s career began at Schering Plough, developing and managing new product transfers from research to manufacturing. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Purdue University.
