Tricia Bajaj

Tricia Bajaj, CEP, serves as the Associate Director of Equity Compensation at Insmed Incorporated since July 2025, bringing extensive experience in equity compensation management. Prior to Insmed, Tricia held the position of Manager of Stock Plan Administration at Nevro from January 2023 to July 2025, overseeing global equity administration and leading equity management during a company acquisition. As a Senior Equity Stock Plan Manager at ForgeRock for a brief period in 2022, Tricia contributed to the company’s acquisition by Thoma Bravo. Previously, Tricia managed stock plan administration at Avid Technology and Microchip Technology, ensuring compliance and effective communication across global teams. Tricia began a career in stock administration at Solium Capital / Allecon Stock Associates, implementing new accounts and enhancing client relationships. Tricia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Oakland University between 2001 and 2005.
