Daniel Gilbert

Daniel Gilbert currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations at Insomnia Cookies since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Cinnabon, where Daniel held the positions of Director of Franchise Operations & Performance and Franchise Business Consultant from June 2019 to July 2025, as well as Franchise Business Consultant for Auntie Anne's LLC from April 2022 to May 2023, focusing on the Northeast Region and NYC Metro Area. Earlier in the career at Primo Hoagies from January 2010 to June 2019, Daniel served as a Corporate Field Consultant and Store Manager, overseeing daily operations and leading a team to enhance customer experiences. Internships at McLaughlin Asset Management, Inc. and Schiavi + Dattanni Financial Advisors provided initial exposure to wealth management and finance, while early experience as a Customer Service Representative at Independence Blue Cross honed communication skills in a high-volume environment. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & Finance from Rutgers University – Camden, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
