Madeline Williams

Madeline Williams is an experienced professional currently serving as a Sustainability Advisor at Republic Services since July 2024. In addition, Madeline holds a dual role at Insomniac Events, focusing on Ground Control and Headliner Experience, which involves ensuring safety and community engagement at music festivals. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at SDSU Research Foundation, where Madeline worked under Dr. Amy Quant on groundwater recharge research, and participation in the Lavin Entrepreneurship Center's two-year undergraduate business program. Earlier roles include positions at Aztec Shops, Ltd. as a market staff member and front desk assistant, as well as experience as a hostess at Tomo Japanese Restaurant. Madeline co-managed a student-run store at Northern Humboldt Union High School District, gaining practical business experience. Madeline holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from San Diego State University, with additional studies at the International Center for Development Studies.
