David Hsu

David Hsu has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as a Regional Compliance Officer at First Union. In 2003, they joined the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as a Senior Compliance Examiner. In 2005, they began working as the Chief Compliance Officer at Stone & Youngberg. In 2012, they moved to Liberty Group LLC as the Chief Compliance Officer. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Chief Compliance Officer at 280 CapMarkets and Co-Founder of Grow Capital. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as the Chief Compliance Officer at 280 Securities LLC and is currently employed as the Public Finance at InspereX.

David Hsu received their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999, having started their studies there in 1995.
