Jason Ware

Jason Ware has been in the finance industry since 2002. Jason started their career at The Bear Stearns Companies Inc. as an Associate Director. In 2008, they joined J.P. Morgan as an Associate Director and then moved to Rw Baird Co Inc. in 2010 as a Director, Municipal Bond Trader. In 2017, they became the Co-Founder and Head of Trading at 280 CapMarkets, now known as InspereX. Jason also held the role of Head of Municipal Bond Trading.

Jason Ware attended Robert Louis Stevenson School from 1994 to 1998. Jason then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross in 2002.
