Michelle Yard is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Operations at Insperity since February 2018, Michelle previously held roles including Manager of Marketing Operations and Traffic Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes nearly a decade at the Houston Chronicle as Traffic Manager in Creative Services and Section Editor, where responsibilities included project management and coordination with freelance writers. Michelle also founded Myard Marketing & Communications, serving as Principal, and held the Marketing Director position at Dover Homes, Inc. and various roles at the Houston Chronicle and Houston Symphony. Michelle holds a BA in Communications from The University of Tulsa and completed the CoachRICE leadership coaching program at Rice University in 2020.
