Elizabeth Chard has extensive experience in service delivery and operational management within the technology and customer service sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery at Inspiretec since January 2018, Elizabeth has held multiple leadership roles including Head of Platform Operations and Head of Customer Engagement. Prior to Inspiretec, Elizabeth worked at Target Group as a Senior Test Analyst and spent seven years at Comtec (Europe) Ltd in various roles culminating in Team Lead for Test & QA. Elizabeth began a career in customer service at Swinton Insurance as a Customer Service Representative. Elizabeth is also pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Sustainable Leadership at Cardiff Metropolitan University, expected to complete in May 2024.
