Anniina Ala-Kitula is an experienced project manager and system specialist currently working at Insta since March 2020, where responsibilities include defining use cases and supporting project work in UX design. With a background in the health and wellness sector as a self-employed certified personal trainer since 2010, Anniina also has extensive experience in user experience design, having served as a senior user experience designer at TietoEVRY from December 2017 to March 2020. Prior roles include project researcher at the University of Jyväskylä, product owner and project manager at Insta DefSec Oy, and various positions in software development and usability engineering. Anniina holds multiple degrees, including a master's degree in Wellbeing Technology from the University of Jyväskylä and a bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Tampere University of Technology.
